Located in a remote mountainous region of Belarus, this stone crushing plant operates in an area with limited and unstable grid power, which is insufficient to support the continuous demands of industrial crushing equipment. 

 

Haifeng Power was selected to deliver a customized power solution that could support 250kW–400kW heavy motor loads, operate reliably in sub-zero winter temperatures, and remain durable under long working hours and dusty, rugged terrain

Project Challenges

Frequent Heavy Load Starts & High Inrush Currents

  • Equipment such as crushers, vibrating screens, and motor-driven conveyors require starting currents 1.6 to 2.0 times higher than their running loads, risking voltage dips or tripping without specialized generator configurations.

 

Dust-Intensive Working Environment

  • Stone dust and debris are constantly present, posing a threat to the cooling system, air intake, and generator lifespan unless properly protected.
